Will not print floorplan

When I try to print, it just gives me the words on the side of the page, no floorplan at all. What am I doing wrong?

Are you printing via the browser print function or the floorplanner print icon? The latter is on the right side of the top bar of the floorplanner drawing tool. kind regards, Nico 2009/11/06
